Job Description

This role will primarily be supporting the Sydney Commissions team to ensure the department’s ongoing success in regard to efficiency and accuracy. The primary role of the Commissions Team is to process payments from our lenders in order to make commission payments to our broker network.

You will bring your excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to ensure the team’s successful workflow levels are maintained.

Detailed Description:

  • Promptly and proactively save Lender Statements in Freshdesk in a timely manner
  • Download and save Lender Statements from web portals when the funds hit our bank accounts
  • Triage Freshdesk tickets and respond to unactioned tickets after 2 business days
  • Process lender commission statements on excel and importing into internal CRM
  • Any ad hoc commission tasks / projects
