What you’ll do

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely calculation of commissions based on complex compensation plans, as well as for the preparation of detailed financial and commission reports. The analyst will work closely with the Finance and Sales teams to ensure transparency, maintain up-to-date commission policies, and resolve any commission-related disputes. Additionally, the role involves working in cloud-based environments and applications to support the design and implementation of new commercial policy schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely calculation of commissions based on complex compensation plans.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to maintain and update commission policies and documentation.
• Manage and resolve commission disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI.
• Support the design and rollout of new commission models.
• Work within cloud-based environments and applications to develop and implement new commercial policy schemes.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial and data analysis in a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI Tools such as Power BI is considered a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working in cloud-based environments ( Google Cloud, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
