Procurement Specialist Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for purchasing materials, equipment and services while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Purchasing materials, equipment and services in accordance with company guidelines;
• Monitoring purchase orders from creation to payment process;
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Accounts Payable and external clients to resolve billing issues;
• Maintaining acceptable sources of supply through investigation and collaboration with Commodity Management;
• Negotiating business terms, service levels and price standards with suppliers;
