**_Basic purpose:_**
Maintain continuity of supplies based on the company’s policies. Strategic management of procurement through the permanent search of alternative sources of supplies, location of new products and materials according to company’s needs.
**_Main responsibilities of the position:_**
- Development of sourcing strategies.
- Revision of quotations and commercial conditions to support the purchase of materials or services.
- Negotiation of prices, volumes, delivery times and quality.
- Management, and development of suppliers. Evaluation of product portfolio and offering opportunities.
- Cost and demand analysis.
- Elaboration of contracts.
- Request for quotations, follow up requisitions, creation of purchase orders.
- Processing advanced payments.
- Carrying out bidding for projects.
