**Missions**:
- Be responsible for the purchase of the necessary materials (raw PCB, electronic components, packaging, mechanical parts for the electronics industry) in case that the purchasing strategy has not been provided by corporative in France.
- Contract with local suppliers, including the supply chain agreements and programs
- Negotiate the prices defined as local
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers (Payment terms, Incoterms, MOQ, lead-time)
- Manage local relationship with local suppliers
- Manage and report PPV
- Ensure first level of shortage escalation
- Support SQA for vendor claim recovering
- Manage and monitor supply invoices disputes
