**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
+ Experience in commodity management or sourcing within the optical transceivers or transmission category, including agreement negotiation and supplier development.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ MBA or Master's degree in a Technical or Engineering field.
+ 4 years of experience in Optics manufacturing and optical supply chain processes, and strategic business planning and execution.
