An opportunity for a Commodity Manager within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

Responsibilities
  • Lead the MFT/MDT with possible delegation to Buyer.
  • Serve as the entry point for commodity management per commodity products/services.
  • Establish, implement, and improve commodity strategy.
  • Implement the Procurement policy.
  • Perform global market analysis including offsets.
  • Manage sourcing (CFT, RFP, etc.) and contract management.
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance.
  • Identify and lead value creation projects and support product/service innovation.
  • Sustain long‑term relationships with suppliers.
  • Ensure risk management.
