Vertiv is hiring a Commodity Specialist in Monterrey, Mx who will be responsible for supporting the organization in meeting its daily responsibilities aligned with its strategic goals.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work cross functionally with planning, materials management, procurement, operations, master data management, engineering and quality groups to improve internal processes related to supplier management, supplier evaluation, developing suppliers OTD capability, managing transfer projects among suppliers and supporting insourcing/outsourcing flex programs.
- Assist in supply chain performance improvements at supplier level, support technical relationship with suppliers
- Assist in management and facilitation of supplier performance and business reviews.
- Supports Category Managers with data collection and analysis in support of strategic sourcing projects and Category Managers.
