Overview
The Communication and Collaboration Technical Lead will manage the Unified Communication and Collaboration Telephony IVR developers by aligning to the enterprise UCC platforms of the Bank and ensure that integrations between api's and other systems are designed correctly. This role will give technical direction, and provide leadership, support, and motivation and will work together with the Solutions Architect and Delivery Leads for any communication and collaboration related projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Unified Communication and Collaboration Telephony IVR developers, align technical direction, and provide leadership, support, and motivation
- Manages the telephony platform of the Bank including IVRS and contact center productivity modules
