As a Visual Designer at Razorpay, you will craft high-quality visual systems, UI-centric storytelling, and motion-rich product narratives. Your work will span product design visualisations, interaction animations, lightweight motion assets (Lottie/Rive), and polished visual communication. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable with UI aesthetics, illustration, and motion design , with strong technical ability in After Effects and Lottie workflows .What we expect from you

Strong foundation in visual design fundamentals —layout, hierarchy, typography, iconography, spacing, and color.

Must have significant experience with product design + UI design visualisation —screens, flows, mockups, dashboards, and product storytelling.

Ability to craft clean UI layouts and create high-fidelity UI visuals  for campaigns, feature launches, landing pages, and product narratives.

Strong ability to illustrate—icons, spot illustrations, patterns, and brand elements.

Must have proven skills in product animation and interaction animations  (micro-interactions, transitions, UI flows, feature highlights).

Strong technical skills in:

After Effects  (UI animation, micro-interactions, feature walkthroughs)

Lottie  (exporting optimized animations for product surfaces)

Bonus: Rive  (complex states and interactive motion)

Ability to take static UI or visual concepts and translate them into smooth, lightweight, production-ready motion assets .

Great at interpreting briefs, exploring directions, and taking work independently from idea → visual → motion → delivery.

Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and collaborate seamlessly with brand, product, and content.

What you will work on

Create UI-focused product visualisations —mockups, screen comps, flows, visual frames for product storytelling.

Design and animate micro-interactions , transitions, button states, feature demos, and UI motion behavior.

Build Lottie animations  for product onboarding, empty states, in-product moments, and marketing surfaces.

Create After Effects animations  for feature explainers, UI sequences, launches, and product walkthrough visuals.

Develop illustrations and iconography for Razorpay’s product ecosystem.

Design visuals for performance marketing, feature highlights, and brand communication where product UI is the hero.

Collaborate with product designers to evolve a consistent UI motion language and animation guidelines .

Work independently on concepting, iteration, and final delivery—balancing speed with craft.
