Communication Disorders Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at Little Gems Child Development Center located in Pathanamthitta. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include creating and implementing personalized therapy plans, addressing challenges related to speech, language, and swallowing, and collaborating with families, educators, and other team members to support client progress. Regular documentation and tracking of patient progress are also key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech-related challenges
• Strong knowledge in assessing and managing Speech, Communication and Language Disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team
