What You’ll Do
Lead Induction Programs that set the tone for success.
Drive Upskilling & Certification Initiatives regionally, empowering employees to stay ahead.
Partner with Business Leaders to design tailored learning solutions that truly make a difference.
Facilitate Engaging Learning Sessions—virtual and live—focused on behavioral, managerial, and leadership development.
Deliver Training Solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Own Demand Planning, Reporting, and MI for impactful learning deployment.
What We’re Looking For
Graduate/Master’s degree with 10–12 years of experience, including 6–8 years in L&D.
Exceptional communication & presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
Proficiency in MS Excel & Power Point.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams.
