What You’ll Do

  • Lead Induction Programs that set the tone for success.
  • Drive Upskilling & Certification Initiatives regionally, empowering employees to stay ahead.
  • Partner with Business Leaders to design tailored learning solutions that truly make a difference.
  • Facilitate Engaging Learning Sessions—virtual and live—focused on behavioral, managerial, and leadership development.
  • Deliver Training Solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Own Demand Planning, Reporting, and MI for impactful learning deployment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate/Master’s degree with 10–12 years of experience, including 6–8 years in L&D.
