MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least years’ experience in leading communications and organizational change management strategy development and implementation.
  • At least years’ experience in communication development for business / digital transformation or large-scale technology programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully driving adoption of innovative technologies and delivery methodologies in organizations, in government or highly regulated industries (, financial services, healthcare, etc.).
