Communications and IT Support Worker

Requirements

Must have:

- Experience in providing support for individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with community support services and resources - Relevant qualifications in health, social care, or a related field

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in their reablement and maintenance programs - Provide social support to enhance clients quality of life - Collaborate with team members to develop tailored support plans - Engage with clients to understand their needs and achieve their goals - Participate in training and development opportunities
