The Social Media & Communications, Brand Manager sits at the heart of that.

It is a role about shaping perception, protecting narrative integrity, and building momentum across every touchpoint where Qure speaks.


This role blends thinking with velocity, judgement with execution, and creativity with ownership. It requires someone who is comfortable being in the middle of things, connecting dots, closing loops, and making things happen.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Building Qure’s Daily Voice

You will be responsible for shaping Qure’s day-to-day presence across social platforms — ensuring brand consistency in visual tonality and positioning. This includes planning content calendar, spotting opportunities for reactive storytelling, and keeping the brand culturally sharp and digitally relevant.


  • Creating Momentum Across Stakeholders

You will work across teams and partners to keep work moving and flowing. This role requires comfort navigating multiple stakeholders, chasing timelines, and bringing clarity into conversations so execution doesn’t stall.


  • Partnering with Agencies to Deliver with Quality

You will be the bridge between brand direction and agency execution. This includes guiding creative conversations, giving sharp direction, managing feedback loops, and ensuring output reflects Qure’s ambition and standards.


  • Driving Operational Rhythm & Discipline

You will ensure operational excellence across brand execution by maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and marketing SOPs, tracking scope and deliverables, overseeing vendor invoicing and payments, and keeping workflows and assets clean, compliant, and efficient.
