Drive end‑to‑end change strategies that support new processes, technologies, and service delivery enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop structured change plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication timelines, and readiness assessments.
  • Partner closely with global and regional leaders, including Shared Services stakeholders, to align change priorities and implementation.
  • Create and execute effective communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging throughout the change journey.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change impacts and address risks, concerns, and support needs proactively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Communications & Change Management Lead should have:
