Responsibilities
- Develop structured change plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication timelines, and readiness assessments.
- Partner closely with global and regional leaders, including Shared Services stakeholders, to align change priorities and implementation.
- Create and execute effective communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging throughout the change journey.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change impacts and address risks, concerns, and support needs proactively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Communications & Change Management Lead should have:
