Communications & Content - Graduate Program

Overview

The Communications & Content Graduate will support the Content Team in the execution of digital campaigns, with a strong focus on pre-production and post-production coordination and content operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to how content is delivered at a luxury beauty and fashion house, supporting teams from briefing through final asset delivery and social media rollout.

Responsibilities

• Support post-production processes for digital campaigns, including managing retouching notes, feedback rounds, and final asset approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (retouchers, production teams, agencies) to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Assist in the organization, version control, and delivery of final content files.
• Support the creation of creative briefs and internal decks.
