Communications & Development Specialist

This individual supports sales and service reps with informational communications and development opportunities. The communication work focuses on collaborating with key stakeholders to create monthly webinars on new product rollouts, key initiatives, peer sharing, and industry updates. They also assist with the creation and distribution of a weekly e-newsletter, and the management of content on a sales enablement platform. Learning and development projects focus on product training, sales and service skills, and job specific learning and development. This position also has an enterprise-wide impact supporting key company initiatives and works in close collaboration with key stakeholders in all business areas.

Job Responsibilities

50% Internal Communication for Sales & Service Reps

Develop strategic communication plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and leadership to support new sales and service initiatives.
