Communications Executive - Banking, Central

Our client is one of the leader in the banking industry, they are seeking for an junior comms executive to join the team, assisting campaign execution and campaign analysis.

Contract: 12 Month

Location: Central

Salary up to $4500

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Campaign Managers to design and execute customer facing comms to keep customers updated on their portfolio holdings, and how recent news & policy updates impact their financial plans.
• Synthesize customer responses to our campaigns to sharpen the content, continuously improve content to ensure relevance to customers.
• Respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely manner, connecting customers to the relevant front liners who can help resolve their queries.
• Conducting Discovery sessions with customers and front liners to identify customer needs and explore what communications will help our customers.
