Overview
As Communication Manager , you will shape how Reflections Holidays tells its story and engages with employees, communities, and key stakeholders. Reporting to the Executive Manager - Government & Corporate Communication, you will lead internal, change, leadership and external communication, partnering closely with the Executive and senior leaders to translate strategy into communication that builds clarity, trust and engagement. This role suits a strategic communicator who enjoys working across internal and external audiences, strengthening employee connection while supporting trusted relationships with government, industry, and local communities.
