Communications Manager Mexico

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the Global Communications and CSR Team based in Mexico, the Manager, Communications, Mexico has the following responsibilities:
- Play the lead role in harmonizing communications strategies across all sites in Mexico;
- Participate in developing and implementing the company’s overall communications so that employees based in all sites in Mexico embrace the company’s mission, vision, and values and develop an enhanced sense of belonging;
- Supervise a team of Communications & CSR experts based in each of the Company’s sites in Mexico;
- Support communications experts in Mexico in their activities to ensure a consistent company narrative and image - both internally and externally;
- Design and craft communications materials and proactively evaluate opportunities to optimize team resources while supporting local communications needs and realities;
