Job Description

The Communications Manager directs and facilitates the operations and training programs of the L&A CARE Team. He/She is primarily responsible for effective and targeted design, development and implementation of language training and assessment programs in the operations to meet clients’ requirements. He/She is also responsible to supervise and develop the team members assigned to him/her.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual business plans for the CARE Team, which support the unit’s strategic business plans.
  • Drive the design, development and implementation of an effective CARE Team and related processes and tools, which proactively address language, culture, industry, and transaction handling needs of Operations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively the CARE Team to both Client and Operations/Support Groups.
