Job Description
The Communications Officer leads the development of clear, accurate, and timely communications that support Save the Children Philippines humanitarian and Risk Reduction, Resilience, and Livelihood (RRRL) work. The role focuses on portfolio-level communications. It advances advocacy and campaigns through issue- and childrens rights-driven content that informs policy influence and engages public support. It contributes to resource mobilization through impact-focused communications for donors and partnership engagement. It also strengthens internal communications by helping staff understand priorities, lessons, and results from our work. Through this role, communications become a steady function that supports preparedness, response, recovery, and long-term resilience for children and their families.
