Job SummaryThe Communications Shift Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the operations of the Public Safety Telecommunicators assigned to his/her shift. The Communications Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest quality service is provided to the citizens and public safety agencies served by Laraway Communications Center. The Communications Shift Supervisor will set an example of discipline, professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness, neatness, moderation, and dignity to subordinates at all times. Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least three (3) years of continuous service as a Public Safety Telecommunicator or equivalent experience.
