Job Description
We're seeking a Communications Specialist to lead the delivery of stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives within a large scale ERP Program. Acting as the key conduit between the Change Lead and Change Analysts, you'll ensure consistency, quality, and alignment so that engagement, artefacts and messaging are fit for purpose and business ready.
What you'll do- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans to support ERP initiatives and drive understanding across impacted groups.
- Lead, coordinate, and complete first review of all engagement and communication materials to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
- Liaise directly with the Business Process Team Business Analyst to coordinate business engagement meetings; facilitate sessions with the Business Process Team as required.
- Maintain and manage stakeholder engagement tracking tools (e.g., registers, calendars, dashboards).
- Act as the primary contact for Change Analysts, providing guidance on engagement processes, templates, and delivery standards.
- Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement activities, providing insights on readiness, adoption progress, and communication effectiveness.
- Support change readiness activities, including stakeholder analysis and feedback loops to continuously refine engagement strategies.
- Participate in business engagement sessions; present updates on stakeholder engagement and communications where required.
You're a communications and change practitioner who's comfortable operating in complex, multi stream programs and partnering with a wide range of stakeholders. You bring strong editorial standards, a structured approach, and an eye for what "good" looks like in business ready communications.
You'll bring- Demonstrated experience in communications and/or change within enterprise programs (ERP experience highly regarded).
- Proven ability to design and deliver stakeholder engagement plans, with clear narratives tailored to audience needs.
- Strong writing, editing, and review capability across executive updates, change comms, and engagement artefacts.
- Confidence facilitating sessions and coordinating with Business Process/BA teams.
- Familiarity with readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, and feedback loops.
- Excellent stakeholder management, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with communication and tracking tools (e.g., MS 365, SharePoint, Teams, dashboards).
- Play a pivotal role in a high impact ERP transformation with strong executive sponsorship.
- Work with a collaborative Change team and Business Process function.

Casual Loading : Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
