Who we are looking for :-

We need someone who can take us from 15K to 50K+ LinkedIn followers in 6-8 months while maintaining engagement quality. We're looking for someone to own and build a community that drives social proof, credibility, and qualified leads for our business.

The challenge: Scale at 4-6x our current growth rate through organic content excellence, strategic partnerships, and community building.

Non - Negotiables

  • Scaled a LinkedIn company page from <20K to 50K+ followers in <18 months through primarily organic strategies (provide case study in application)
  • Proven track record of organic growth acceleration 
  • Written high-performing LinkedIn content that generated above average engagement rates consistently
  • Built and executed successful partnership strategies (brand collaborations, influencer tie-ups, employee advocacy)

Nice - to - have (s)

  • Experience in D2C, beauty, wellness, or health tech
  • Built employee advocacy programs from scratch
  • Worked in high-growth startups 
  • Experience with LinkedIn influencer partnerships and creator collaborations
  • Background in copywriting, journalism, or content marketing
  • Track record of viral platform specific content (100K+ impressions per post)

What you will do

Content & Community (70%)

  • Create daily scroll-stopping content that drives engagement and follower growth
  • Write 5-7 posts per week across formats: carousels, videos, text, polls, case studies
  • Decode what makes content go viral on Linkedin and systematize it
  • Build thought leadership for founders and key team members
  • Engage with community respond to comments, spark conversations, amplify user content
  • A/B test hooks, formats, topics to find repeatable winners

Partnerships & Community Amplification (20%)

  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with complementary brands and LinkedIn influencers
  • Launch and manage employee advocacy program train and activate team to amplify reach
  • Build relationships with LinkedIn creators and micro-influencers for collaboration
  • Orchestrate cross-promotions, guest posts, and shared content initiatives

Analytics & Strategy (10%)

  • Own the LinkedIn growth dashboard track daily/weekly/monthly follower growth, engagement rate, CTR, profile views
  • Run weekly experiments: test posting times, content formats, CTAs
  • Competitive intelligence monitor brands with explosive growth
  • Scaled a LinkedIn company page from <20K to 50K+ followers in <18 months through primarily organic strategies (provide case study in application)
  • Proven track record of organic growth acceleration
