Role: Communications Specialist

Location: 3 days a week in office downtown Toronto

Duration: 12-18 months contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-level presentations and reports that effectively communicate technical strategies, project updates, and business impacts.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for platforms, products, and processes using industry best practices.
  • Manage and organize content in Confluence for easy access and collaboration across teams.
  • Track and document project progress using JIRA, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to gather information and synthesize into clear, actionable deliverables.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to brand guidelines and meets the expectations of senior leadership.
