Position Overview:

The Community Associate is a key support role responsible for delivering exceptional day-to day experiences for members and guests at The Business Quarter. This role focuses on frontline interactions, supporting floor operations, and assisting with private events and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is warm, attentive, and thrives in a dynamic hospitality and co working environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist members and guests with reservations, and general inquiries.
  • Log service issues or tenant feedback and share with the Manager.
  • Build rapport with tenant and understand their preferences.
  • Maintain updated tenant profiles to support personalization.
  • Support in resolving minor service issues or guest concerns on the spot and maintaining day-today reports.
  • Assist in setup and on-ground coordination of private hires and member events.
  • Support event communication: guest list checks, RSVP coordination, signage, and materials.
  • Be available on-site during events to help troubleshoot and enhance the member
  • experience.
  • Maintain records of member feedback and assist in creating follow-up action plans.
  • Keep internal trackers up to date and rental invoicing and À la carte billings.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a guest-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, presentable, and calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets, email, and calendar.
  • Prior experience in a premium hospitality and co working space is plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
