As a Community Executive, you’ll take a lead role in shaping the WORQ experience — balancing operations excellence with community engagement. You’ll be hands-on in daily front desk and facility matters, while also spearheading initiatives that connect members, drive satisfaction, and strengthen our coworking culture. Overview

Oversee the member and guest experience at the outlet — from first impressions to daily service quality. Guide and support Community Associates to ensure consistent service standards. Anticipate member needs, resolve issues efficiently, and uphold WORQ’s hospitality culture. Conduct workspace tours and support the sales team with leads and inquiries.
