Job Description

We are looking for individuals with a kind, compassionate heart who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients, to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant you will be the link between our Care Manager, and the Care Professional team, conduct introductions between clients and Care Professionals, conduct training for Care Professional team, and provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients keep independent in their own home. You will be based both within the field, when providing care to our clients, and in the office when supporting the Care Manager.
