Foundation House partners with the Dandenong Mental Health and Wellbeing Local ('The Local') services to provide Victorian adults aged 26+ with mental health and wellbeing care/support. You will work under the Cross Cultural Practice Manager and support refugee and multicultural communities' access to The Local services.
