Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Community Connector to engage with local communities and help drive referrals for Parent Pathways programs. This role involves building strong relationships with community organizations, schools, social services, and other stakeholders to create opportunities for individuals to access career and parenting support services as well as commencing and managing a small caseload of participants. This role is a full-time role with hours worked between 8:30am- 5:00pm Monday to Friday. This role will cover off the footprint for our sites in Palmerston and Casuarina.
