Executive - Collaborations & Community
Work Location: Mumbai
Travel: Frequent (events, rides, activations)
Reporting to: Collaborations & Community Manager
About the Role:
Rynox is looking for a Collaborations & Community Executive to support the execution of community engagement, collaborations, and on-ground initiatives across the motorcycling ecosystem.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with the Collaborations & Community Manager across both day-to-day coordination at HQ and on-ground initiatives. The role requires comfort in dynamic environments, strong coordination skills, and a genuine connection with motorcycling culture.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborations & Creator Support:
- Support execution of collaborations with creators, riders, and community members.
- Assist in onboarding collaborators by coordinating product dispatch, briefs, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Help manage inbound collaboration requests across platforms and route them for review.
- Track deliverables, content timelines, and basic documentation for collaborations.
Media & Product Visibility Support:
- Assist in coordinating product samples and information for trade media and reviewers.
- Support product seeding initiatives by managing logistics, tracking shipments, and follow-ups.
- Help collate outputs and feedback generated through collaborations and media interactions.
Athlete & Rider Coordination:
- Support day-to-day coordination with professional athletes and riders.
- Assist in ensuring athletes receive the right products, information, and timelines.
- Help coordinate athlete participation in launches, events, and other planned initiatives.
Community & On-Ground Execution:
- Assist in planning and executing rides, meet-ups, store events, and community activations.
- Support on-ground logistics, registrations, coordination, and execution during events.
- Engage with rider groups and community members to ensure smooth experiences.
Internal Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate closely with internal marketing, product, and retail teams to support planned initiatives.
- Track participation, outcomes, and feedback from collaborations and community activities.
- Maintain clear records and documentation to support planning and reporting.
How You’ll Work:
- Operate as a hands-on executor supporting the Collaborations & Community Manager.
- Balance desk-based coordination with on-ground execution and travel.
- Handle multiple moving parts with reliability and attention to detail.
- Adapt to changing environments while maintaining professionalism and brand alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in community engagement, events, collaborations, or related roles.
- Familiarity with motorcycling or adjacent active-lifestyle communities.
- Comfort working in both office and on-ground environments.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours when required.
Growth Opportunity:
This role offers the opportunity to build hands-on experience in community building and collaborations. Over time, it can grow into a more independent role with greater ownership across creator relationships, events, and community initiatives as the function scales.
