The purpose of the role is to assist in the implementation and enhancement of the Didipio Mine Community Development and Social Performance Management System to ensure positive relations with the principal stakeholders of the operations.

Specific areas of responsibility include the development, implementation, coordination and promotion of OGPI’s SDMP and CSR-related activities particularly on social enterprise development, marketing and linkages, finance and similar revenue-generating programs that may serve as a model for self-sustaining enterprises with social development impacts

Takes charge of social enterprise projects, ensuring successful execution through innovative problem-solving and resource management.
