YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be an active member of BQA LT, proposing initiatives and supporting site strategy implementation by providing advice to senior leadership.
  • Develop integrated communication plans, aligned with BQALT, regional and corporate comms, that strategically manage associated risks, cultural transformation processes and respond to site needs.
  • Responsible for monitoring external/internal environment and foster positive reputational impact positioning Bayer as active player in the region.
