About the Company:

It is founded in 2023 by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, is redefining India’s real estate with a mission to make home buying and selling delightful and transparent.


We are looking for a startup growth operator (3–6 years) who has built at least one organic growth channel by being close to customers - e.G. referral programs, community-led growth, ambassador programs, hyperlocal/city activations.


The candidate should be:

  • Strong at understanding customer insights
  • Comfortable front lining conversations with users
  • Hands-on with execution, not just strategy
  • From a startup / consumer tech background
  • Should not have been an IC throughout their career - must have led projects and/or small teams


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

● Own retention & lifecycle marketing (Netcore: email, WhatsApp, push).

● Build and scale referral programs...
