Job Description

Our client is looking for a Community Associate to join their team in México City, México.
The individual will work closely with the marketing and game development teams.
  • Create Content - Blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications material, and material for social media Channels with high levels of quality and timeliness.
  • Social Media - create, manage, and be responsible for growing the game's presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties.
  • Content Calendar - Manage, schedule, and plan the content calendar for the aforementioned channels.
  • Collect users feedback from every possible source, and reply to user's questions on our social media in a professional manner.
  • Define promotional & engagement strategy towards inbound & outbound users.
  • Maintain the brad tone & voice of the product alongside with its reputation.
