Job Overview:
We're looking for a mentor-style Community Manager to lead and guide a dedicated pod of TikTok Shop creators. In this role, you will act as a trusted mentor and motivator — helping creators stay consistent, improve content quality, and execute proven TikTok Shop strategies with confidence. You will be responsible for daily communication, performance coaching, and accountability to drive creator success and growth.
