Job Description
Content Creation: Support in capturing photos and videos (behind-the-scenes, testimonials, day-to-day clinic activities) to generate fresh, authentic content.
Social Media Publishing: Execute scheduling and publishing of content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring everything goes out on time and as planned.
Community Management (Moderation): Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions with empathy and professionalism. You are the brand's first impression
Trend Monitoring: Identify viral audios, challenges, and formats that can be adapted to the medical sector to keep the brand relevant.
Reporting Support: Assist in collecting basic metrics (likes, comments, new followers) to measure community engagement.
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience: Minimum 1 year (or solid professional internships) managing social media for brands or commercial projects.
Residence in Cancún: Mandatory (100% on-site position).
