We are Designopolis, an e-learning platform dedicated to pioneering educational experiences in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
We’re looking for a Community Manager who can be the voice, face, and energy of our community. Someone who thrives in people-first environments, takes initiative, & drives measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do
1. Be the Co-Host of Our Online Bootcamps & Seminars
- Co-host 1–4 monthly bootcamps alongside our educators.
- Act as the bridge between educator and participants — keeping energy high, interactions flowing, and engagement strong.
- Help participants feel heard, supported, and excited to be part of the Designopolis ecosystem.
2. Own Community Communication (Socials, Email, Comments)
- Act as the primary point of contact between our customers and the company.
- Respond to queries, comments, messages on social/media/email with a friendly, solution-first approach.
- Maintain Designopolis’ voice and ensure fast, meaningful interactions with our audience.
3. Build & Manage the Designopolis “Third Space”
- Spearhead a dedicated online space where community members can interact, learn, collaborate and support each other.
- Drive engagement, spark discussions, and build rituals that keep the space active.
- Track retention and growth metrics;
take ownership for improving them month over month.
4. Lead Offline Mixers & Meetups Across Cities
- Act as the face of the community during offline events, mixers, and college bootcamps.
- Travel for events hosted by the company.
- Work closely with partners, vendors, and venues to plan logistics, ensure smooth execution, and create memorable experiences for designers.
Key Outcomes You’ll Drive (KPIs)
Online Bootcamps
- Boost the number of participants who share their bootcamp experience on social media.
- Increase average participation numbers per bootcamp.
- Maintain high interactivity feedback scores with consistent improvements.
Community Third Space
- Grow weekly active users and overall membership.
- Host monthly online meetups.
- Host monthly knowledge sessions with industry speakers.
- Increase member retention and conversation depth.
Offline Mixers
- Conceptualise and execute Design Mixers in various cities (company-sponsored travel & stay).
- Hit attendance goals and ensure a strong community presence.
Who You Are
- Extremely outgoing — you genuinely love interacting with people.
- Comfortable on camera and speaking to groups.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable managing events and coordinating with vendors/venues.
- Able to analyse community data and act on it.
- Ready and excited to travel for events.
- Strong communicator with good English proficiency.
- Prior community building experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Role Type & Compensation
- Remote & part-time role, but requires offline travel for mixers/events.
- Compensation includes base + performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.
- Travel & accommodation for events will be covered by the company.
