Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Community Manager to own and grow our social media communities across platforms.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and engage with our communities across all social media channels
  • Drive proactive, timely, and thoughtful communication with customers
  • Handle a large volume of customer interactions with empathy and clarity
  • Build and execute strong community engagement strategies and plans
  • Create a positive, respectful, and supportive community environment
  • Perform sense checks on community feedback and insights
  • Share clear reports and recommendations with senior management to support decision-making
