Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate Community Manager to own and grow our social media communities across platforms.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and engage with our communities across all social media channels
- Drive proactive, timely, and thoughtful communication with customers
- Handle a large volume of customer interactions with empathy and clarity
- Build and execute strong community engagement strategies and plans
- Create a positive, respectful, and supportive community environment
- Perform sense checks on community feedback and insights
- Share clear reports and recommendations with senior management to support decision-making
