Job Description

Weare looking for a Community Manager who can build, nurture, and grow a high-quality professional community around StrongYes Media across platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage StrongYes Media communities across LinkedIn Groups, WhatsApp cohorts, email lists, and campus networks
  • Create engagement calendars: polls, prompts, discussions, challenges, and AMA sessions
  • Establish ambassador networks and micro-communities (students, HR leaders, founders, researchers)
  • Increase organic & referral traffic through keyword-aligned content distribution
  • Drive social-to-website conversions via LinkedIn posts, newsletters, groups, and campus funnels
  • Be a true marketer and come up with the most exciting and new-age ideas
