You don’t just hang out online - you create the spark that gets people to show up, stay, and come back for more.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
1. Plan and run events online - from idea to invite to execution
2. Coordinate with speakers, guests, and hosts - make sure everyone’s prepped and hyped
3. Keep the community active - spark conversations, create engagement, ask great questions
4. Support real-world events with prep, follow-up, and energy
5. Listen to what the community wants and gather insights into real action, content, or events that matter.
6. Work with a creative global team to make every event better than the last
