  • Develop and own social and community strategies aligned with the wider marketing plan.

  • Plan, schedule, publish, and engage via a social content calendar; actively monitor channels for engagement opportunities.
  • Build, grow, and manage community spaces, driving engagement through events, rewards, and initiatives.
  • Moderate communities to maintain positive sentiment, champion key contributors, and address toxicity.
  • Manage the community feedback loop: gather insights, share with internal teams, support action plans, and close the loop with players.
