The Role:

You will be responsible for :

  • Defining and developing a community management strategy.
  • Organising various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums.
  • Monitoring and optimising community engagement levels.

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Community Manager within Not for Profit industry.
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
