Job Description

Provide person centred mental health support that strengthens clients' autonomy, emotional wellbeing and capacity to navigate daily life with confidence.

Facilitate community participation helping clients build supportive networks and deepen social connections.

Contract until end of June 2026 (Mon - Fri) Riverland location.
