Community Mobilizer

The Mobilizer will be responsible for community outreach and youth mobilization to support skilling and livelihood programs under the THF Skill Centre initiative. The role focuses on identifying eligible youth, conducting needs assessments, guiding them through onboarding on the program platform, and supporting retention and progression towards training, employment, or self-employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Outreach and Mobilization

• Plan and conduct mobilization drives in assigned clusters and communities.
• Coordinate in-field mobilization activities to ensure effective outreach to urban youth.
• Build trust and engagement with youth, families, and community stakeholders.
