Community Physiotherapist

We’re looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to deliver evidence-based care across the Sutherland Area of Sydney . You’ll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program , helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and make a real impact in the community.

Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time role available.
