Position Summary
The Community Programs & Events Coordinator is a part-time, hands-on role responsible for supporting evening program delivery, coordinating youth programs, assisting with Club events, and supporting communications activities for BGC Fort McMurray. This position blends program coordination, event support, and communications assistance, with a strong on-site presence during core afternoon and evening hours.
The role is designed to ensure consistent program coverage, high-quality youth experiences, and effective support for Club initiatives. This position is ideal for an organized, adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic community-based environment and is comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
Hours of Work
- Up to 25 hours per week
- Core schedule generally between 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm on weekdays, based on program needs
